6. Acceptable Use

UEVOLVEAi provides software and AI-assisted technologies only. Licensed healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for patient care, diagnosis, treatment, and all medical decisions. AI-generated outputs must always be reviewed and validated by qualified medical professionals.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, trademarks, content, documentation, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of UEVOLVEAi or its licensors. Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services.

10. Fees and Payments

Pay all applicable service fees.
Provide accurate billing information.
Pay applicable taxes.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
